🍫Nutella-stuffed Coffee French Toast🍞⁣
⁣
Believe it or not, I am not the biggest Nutella fan ever… But, this French Toast changed my life and cured my depression. As the kids these days say: “I would die for this French Toast”. Not to be dramatic or anything.⁣
⁣
✨Ingredients:⁣
•1/2 loaf of Brioche bread⁣
•1/2 cup Nutella⁣
•2 eggs⁣
•2 shots espresso⁣
•1/2 can evaporated milk⁣
•1/2 can condensed milk⁣
•Butter⁣
•Powdered sugar⁣
•Maple syrup (optional)⁣
⁣
👉🏼Cut the brioche bread into 3-inch thick slices and carefully slice the side creating a hole. Add Nutella to a piping bag and stuff the bread slices. In a bowl, combine the eggs, espresso, evaporated milk, and condensed milk by whisking until fully incorporated. Dip the slices of bread into the mixture making sure you cover both sides. Cook over medium-high heat on a griddle coated in butter for about 1.5 minutes per side. Make sure you cook the edges as well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. Add maple syrup and enjoy!⁣

☕️If you are not a coffee person, you can always skip the espresso! I did absolutely love the coffee flavor and thought it balanced out the Nutella very well.⁣
