Mini Fried Mozzarella Balls🧀🥺⁣

Throwback to one of my top recipes this year!Fried “pearl-sized” fresh mozzarella balls! They turned out super duper cute and they certainly reminded me of the “cereal” quarantine trend where we’d make tiny cereal versions of everything😅🥣⁣
⁣
✨Ingredients:⁣
•Fresh mozzarella balls⁣
•1/3 cup flour⁣
•1 egg⁣
•2/3 cup breadcrumbs ⁣
⁣
👉🏼Drain the mozzarella balls and pat dry using a paper towel. Add the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs to separate bowls. Begin to coat the mozzarella balls by rolling them in the flour and removing the excess with a mesh spoon. Coat them with the egg and remove the excess. Lastly, coat in the breadcrumbs, spray your air-fryer basket with oil, and cook at 400° for 3 minutes. Every 30-45 seconds, check the basket and lightly toss around the mozzarella balls to ensure that they’re evenly cooked. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!⁣
