Brie & Camembert Mac n’ Cheese in a Christmas Tree Bread Bowl 🥖— the perfect Christmas side dish! Made using CheesesofEurope 🇫🇷 French Cheese is the secret ingredient to the perfect creamy flavorful Mac n’ cheese #CheesesOfEurope #MakeItMagnifique#Fromage

✨Ingredients:
•1 sourdough bread bowl
•2 tbsp olive oil
•3/4 lb cooked al dente macaroni noodles
•8-ounces 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲
•8-ounces 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲
•1/4 cup heavy cream
•1 tsp black pepper
•2 tsp sea salt
•2 tbsp unsalted butter
•1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
•1 tbsp panko breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 400° F. Using a serrated knife, cut out the outline of a pine tree. Hollow out the loaf with your hands and discard or save for later. Brush the interior of the bread with olive oil and bake for 8 minutes and set aside. Cook noodles until they are al dente, set aside, and save 1/2 cup of pasta water for later. Remove Brie and Camembert from packaging and cut into cubes. In a medium pot over medium-low heat, add heavy cream and the cheese. Stir continuously using a spatula. Season with black pepper and salt. After 5 minutes, add butter and dijon mustard. Stir for 10 minutes until melted, if the sauce appears too thick, add a little pasta water. Mix in noodles and serve inside the bread bowl. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 8 minutes at 400°F. Serve and enjoy!
