NACHO LOADED FRIES🧀🍟

I made these a couple of months ago for a TikTok and thought I’d share! I am not a fan of melty queso on my nachos, so I used shredded Mexican cheese blend instead. Feel free to tweak this recipe to match your taste in Nacho toppings!

✨Ingredients:
•2 lbs frozen French fries 
•1 lb ground beef, cooked
•2 cups black beans
•3-4 cups Mexican blend cheese
•1 cup salsa
•1 cup guacamole
•1 jalapeño, sliced
•1/4 cup cilantro salsa

Preheat oven to 400°F. Please fries on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. In the meantime, cook the ground beef inside aside. Remove fries from oven and top with ground beef, black beans, and a generous layer of Mexican blend cheese. Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and forms a golden brown crust. Remove from oven and top with salsa, guacamole, jalapeños, and drizzle cilantro salsa or hot sauce. Enjoy!
