🍞SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP - stuffed bread🍃

What’s better than spinach artichoke dip? A spinach artichoke dip stuffed bread loaf from zakthebaker. If you’re from Miami, you know it’s the real deal! You can use any bread you like though🙂

✨Ingredients:
•1 bag of spinach, sautéed 
•8oz cream cheese, softened
•2/3 cup sour cream
•1 cup canned artichokes, cut into quarters
•1 1/2 + 1 cups shredded mozzarella
•1/2 +1/4 cup parmesan
•1 tsp kosher salt
•1/2 tsp black pepper
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1 loaf uncut bread

👉🏼Sautée spinach in a little bit of olive oil. Cool off for a couple of minutes, pat dry with paper towels to remove moisture, and chop coarsely—Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, artichokes, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1/2 cup parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mix using a spatula. Place bread over a cutting board and, using a serrated knife, make a rectangular cut without cutting the bread all the way through. Remove the rectangle using your hands and save the bread for another time or discard. Using a spatula, add the dip to the center of the bread and spread evenly. Add remaining cheese on top and place over a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese begins to form a brown crust. Remove from oven and serve by cutting into slices. Enjoy!
