🥔AIR-FRYER POTATO CHIPS (no oil)

Potato chips are my favorite snack, and here is how to enjoy a much healthier version of them without any oil! And yes, they are super crispy. If you don’t believe me, swipe ➡️ to see me eating them #ASMR #bigbiteszn

✨Ingredients:
•3 russet potatoes, washed
•1-2 teaspoons flakey salt

👉🏽Using a mandoline on its thinnest setting (3mm), slice the three potatoes. If you don’t have a mandoline, use a sharp knife and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Place the sliced potatoes in a large bowl filled with water. Soak them for 30 minutes so that the starch comes out. Drain using a strainer and wash with more water. Place the potatoes slices over a flat surface and pat dry with a paper towel; allow them to air dry for a couple of minutes. In the meantime, preheat your air fryer to 240°F. Place half of the potatoes in the air-fryer basket while not overcrowding them. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Remove from the air-fryer and cook the remaining potatoes. Serve in a large bowl and add flakey salt on top. Enjoy!
