HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH BALLS🍪

I am usually not a fan of healthy desserts, I said what I said! They usually taste bad… But these chickpea cookie dough balls taste exceptionally good! Nothing like hummus, in case you were wondering.

✨Ingredients:
•1 can of chickpeas
•2 tbsp nut butter
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1/4 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 cup oatmeal flour 
•3 tbsp maple syrup
•sprinkle of salt
•1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Combine every ingredient except for the chocolate chips in a food processor or blender. Stop once or twice and scrape the sides using a spatula. Serve in a medium bowl, add chocolate chips, and using a spatula or whisk fold in the chips. Grease your hands with a little bit of coconut oil, and form little balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
