## Caption

The perfect nut-free alternative to buttery spread. This goes so well with toast, rice cakes, veggies, sandwiches, and more!

✨Ingredients:
•1 lb raw sunflower seeds
•cooking spray
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•1 tsp olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Place sunflower seeds on a baking tray and coat using cooking spray. Sprinkle salt on top and mix together. Spread creating an even layer and bake for 8 minutes. Cool down. Add seeds to a food processor or blender a couple of minutes until very smooth. Add olive oil and blend one more time. Store in a glass container for up to 6 weeks. Enjoy!
