MERMAID SMOOTHIE BOWL🧜🏼‍♀️

This perfect thick smoothie bowl was made using the Ninjakitchen Foodi Power Nutri Duo --  It’s the easiest way to make a smoothie bowl at home! 🥣 #SponsoredbyNinja This blender is a total game changer! I am now making smoothie bowls every day 🙌🏼✨

✨Ingredients:
• ¼ cup coconut water
• 2 frozen bananas
• 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
• 1 tsp butterfly pea powder
• 1 yellow dragon fruit
• ½ banana

Add the coconut water first, followed by the frozen fruits. Close the lid and blend it all together using the #NinjaFoodiBlender Power Nutri Bowl. While blending, twist the top and watch the power paddles push the ingredients down towards the blade. Scoop out using a spoon and pour into a bowl. Flatten out the top and scoop the dragon fruit. Slice the banana and using a cookie cutter, form star shapes. Top the bowl with dragon fruit, bananas, and some edible flowers (optional). I made shells and a mermaid tail using silicone molds and fondant. I also added edible pearls for an extra touch. Enjoy!
