With so many decisions we make daily from what to wear, what to eat, who we spend time with to everything else, it can sometimes get overwhelming 🙏🏻

Take a deep breath and simply ask, is what you are doing right now going to get you the RESULTS in life? 💕

Maybe you have never thought that far ahead, we only get one shot at this life and we never know when our last day is.

It really helps me when I do this task to figure out if I should say YES or NO! 👊🏻
