Here’s the latest Best Bites from Team Cherry Bombe! Check out some of our favorite meals we’ve eaten so far this summer. 

⁠🍎 elizabeth_vogt celebrated fruit during her trip to Paris! She enjoyed fresh strawberries as the season began, and stopped by apollonia_poilane’s poilane for an apple tart.⁠

⁠🥧 donzumoto visited two pop-ups at chainsaw.la. First, she stopped by sanditasworld & sanssho’s to try their pink noodle salad, fried potato balls with curry sauce, and smoked sea bass tostada. ⁠Then, she snagged karlasuberopittol’s key lime passion fruit icebox pie from her pop-up.⁠

🍓 foodjars and londyncrenshaw stopped by two nextlevelcheffox alumni’s pop-ups. gabchappel hosted Spring Fling, a two-night dinner series at farmtopeople’s Bushwick space, featuring foraged dandelion hush puppies, sumac grilled cod, and genoise sponge cake with fresh berries, hibiscus rose syrup, pistachios, and berry coulis. 🍳Then, the pair visited reeniekarim’s month long residency at Brooklyn’s Little Egg (eggrestaurant), a diner style pop-up featuring her take on the Filet-O-Fish, a giant tater tot covered in whipped crème fraîche & chives, and a labneh rhubarb shake.⁠

🍹kerrybombe sipped on the Off The Cloud cocktail at chynaclublasvegas at fontainebleaulasvegas. The drink, created by beverage director Juyoung Kang (girlnamedju), features codigo1530 Rosa tequila, tempus_fugit_spirits Kina L’aero d’Or, lime, strawberry, osmanthus, soy milk, and Champagne. ⁠Don’t miss the Radio Cherry Bombe vegas miniseries hosted by Kerry.⁠

🌹Donna also tried azizam_la’s noon khamei, a Persian cream puff filled with rosewater cream.⁠
