In the video I discuss 4 reasons why learning STEM is exciting and vital, but perhaps the last reason is my favorite. There's a critical need for diverse voices in STEM. We need people with a variety of backgrounds at the table, behind the computer and in the lab influencing the design of products and research that affect everyone.⁣
