I used to feel very anxious when it came to social media…creating pressure and negative feelings when it came to posting and sharing my work with the world.  In my head I would say- what’s the point? It seemed hard and like I had nothing really to share/say that was good enough✨

Sometimes it would make me physically sick in my stomach to think about what to post and tbh I just wanted to run away from it🙃 🏃‍♀️ 

It wasn’t until I started shifting my energy around social media that I began to see a change in the inquiries I was getting, bookings I was obtaining, followers going up and finally building a social media presence I could be proud of😍

Yes, it does take some form of consistency and putting time into curating your feed…but IMO, it’s worth it to be able to build a community and build your brand on social media to stand out!❤️
