Strong arches means better posture and performance.  This is one of our fav arch strengthening exercises using our Neuro Ball. 

☝🏻 Note how our founder thefunctionalfootdoc tucks her heels under the ball as she lifts.  This is super important for creating a full “lock” or stability in the rearfoot!
