I've worn the Naboso Trail sandal from xeroshoes for over a year now, but as a bartender, ultra trail marathoner, wearing dress shoes at the office and more, I needed something more versatile to fit me when I can't wear sandals.

The #duoinsoles have been absolutely amazing. It's like they help to engage not only my feet but my entire leg and core.

The most important aspect I find in these insoles is the fact there are dual sided. So when I need more or less stimulation they offer options. I find the performance side does extremely well for me especially in the middle of a bar rush keeping my feet active as my hands.
