...I wear barefoot shoes since a year, and my feet went through a big change; I feel the ground better, I can walk longer without feeling discomfort and my low arch seems to be improving. .

When I had a ski accident two month ago and tore my ACL and meniscus I added special exercises to my rehab routine with naboso_barefoot_technology  mats and started to wear #nabosoinsoles in my barefoot shoes.
