T Spheres + Naboso 👣
Testing techniques tonight with our Empower Mint 58mm set and the naboso_barefoot_technology mat.
In this video clip the focus was on flexibility and strength before and after 5 minutes of:
• Calf raises • Knee bending
• Pressure applied with the T Sphere under the ball of the foot
• Gripping a T Sphere while rotating the foot slowly over it.
Results: AWESOME and EFFECTIVE 💯
