Lee-Ann is passionate about horse welfare and has been involved in the racing industry for a number of years. Starting as an apprentice Jockey for Bruce Marsh and then Mark Oulaghan, she then rode trackwork for Lisa Latta Racing where her favourite horse was 2004 Oaks-winner Wharite Princess, and did a short stint as a travelling strapper for Wexford Stables where she met G2-winning (Sir) Charles Road.

That lucky boy is now living his best life with Lee-Ann and another off-the-track thoroughbred, Mr Mosey.
