Behind the glitz and glamour of NZ's iconic Cup & Show Week is a dedicated team of people who day in/day out have #EquineWelfare at the heart of their mahi - experienced stipendiary stewards, equine veterinarians, track staff and the Trust's driver/operators. 

A horse ambulance is on track at every race meeting to help our equine athletes make it home 🏡 safe and sound. 

A sports event would not run without St John, and we have the same expectation for our horses. 🤗

The welfare of the horse is paramount.
