It occurred to me today that a lot of what I share revolves around the things I do to help me keep going physically. 

There was no strategy behind this. I just don’t feel like myself without outdoor activities and that’s a fact. When I was at my lowest it was because I had pain preventing me from do the things I love. 

Whatever it takes to help me have fun, keep up with my son, and get me feeling like “me”, I will do. Icy Hot did not sponsor this but these patches are 🔥 and I am wearing one while I hike with 28 lbs on my back today (aka Teddy)
