## Caption

Meet Mr Bond, January's employee of the month for LOVERACING.NZ and a key member of theVance Racing Stable team.

At 26 years old, Mr Bond has an important role as a companion or paddock mate - you might call him a 'stable-ising' influence on the youngsters learning the business of being a professional racehorse.

Isn't it great to see a healthy, happy horse enjoying a productive life after racing. Great interview Maija!
