I've adopted a beautiful whakataukī shared with me yesterday. 

"Ma te huruhuru, ka rere te manu"
"Adorn the bird with feather, so it can soar"

I believe a a purpose of life is to help others, so this immediately resonated and tickled my heartstrings. 🥹
