Regaining my lower body strength has been one of my postpartum goals so I am stoked to be taking the Gluteus Maxxout class at lifetime.life. I don’t have a lot of confidence in a gym setting and taking classes with great instructors helps me feel empowered! Classes also help me learn new ways to work my body and challenge myself 👏🏼
