How I clean my sneakers! 
Don’t wait for your sneakers to get filthy to clean them! 

The best method is to remove the soles and laces, then put your shoes in a mesh sweater bag ( this tome I didn’t)  and wash them in COLD water with your regular laundry soap on a medium/low spin speed. 

After they're done, don't put them in the dryer—just let them air-dry.

DONT put your shoes in the dryer

The high temperatures can damage the glue that holds them together, and it may even cause certain fabrics or materials to shrink.
