Zach is one of our Transition Specialists from the Hire Heroes USA office who serves N Idaho members with employment needs. On the day-to-day, he is out and about, helping active-duty servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses find meaningful careers. Need help with that resume and translating your military skills for the civilian sector to understand? Zach is your guy and he’ll do it with a smile!⁣
 ⁣
After graduating from high school, he joined the world’s finest fighting force, the USMC, where he was stationed at Camp Pendleton and assigned the MOS of Motor Vehicle Operator. After driving 7-Tons and HMMWVs on active duty, he came back home and jumped around from dead-end job to dead-end job (which is why he knows the struggle). Eventually, he signed up for Hire Heroes USA services as a client and when he crossed paths with a Mission43 member at school, he decided to take the next step and apply for his current position at HHUSA.⁣
 ⁣
Even though he was born in Spokane, Zach has lived in Idaho pretty much his whole life and now resides in beautiful Lewiston. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, or working out at his local CrossFit gym, yelling, “pain is weakness leaving the body!”⁣
