While working in a 911 call center that receives hundreds of thousands of calls per year is a stressful profession, we’d like to thank the dispatchers who staff the 911 center for most fire/medical calls in southern Nevada. 📞
 
These dispatchers have been trained in dispatch certified CPR which has led to 70% of cardiac arrest patients leaving the hospital neurologically intact; the national average is 35%. ⛑️
 
We can’t thank them enough for being the calm voice on the line when answering emergency calls.☎️
