## Caption

Every mandala we make is different. We have our systems + favorite patterns, but no mandala is ever the same. What we rely on is this: the beauty of the mandala is a direct reflection of our state of mind when building it. If we’re overthinking, rushing, monkey-minded or doing it just to get it done, we get stuck + end up re-doing areas until we get it right. If our minds our clear + spacious, the beauty unfolds itself + each petal falls effortlessly into place ~ exactly where it needs to be.

You can apply this practice to anything. Brushing your teeth, making your bed, taking a photo, cooking a meal, choosing what you’re going to wear for the day, etc.

Test it out on something monotonous today + let me know what you experienced!
