Welcome back Penguins All-Star Evgeni Malkin e.malkin71geno .  Always great to see pro athletes come in EARLY for the GPP (General Prep Phase) focusing on joint alignment, regeneration, recovery,  joint integrity, medical, and nutrition.  It SIGNIFICANTLY speeds up the recovery from the season - allowing for a much more efficient global off-season development. 

Heres clips from last year’s phenomenal offseason he had with us (had incredible career year) along with some GPP clips from this past week
