Managed to pull close to my 5rep PR today, pretty proud of myself given I’m 7kg down & completely off cycle 💯 

215kg/474lbs x 5 (2 sets) were my back downs but IG is still not letting me post more than 1 video full screen so top set is all you get 🥲😂

Heading back to the U.K. this week to get some training sessions in with tommartinpl and straighten out any bad habits I’ve picked up whilst I’ve been away 😂 I’m 12 weeks out from the_american_pro_ today and so excited to see what I can bring to the rest of this prep 🙏🏼
