As the new year begins, many of us set New Year's resolutions that can help us become better versions of ourselves. However, setting a goal and then forgetting about it by February isn't the most productive plan for achieving our goals. ⁠

Instead, setting SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely) goals is the key to success! ⁠

Setting a specific goal helps to keep you focused on what exactly needs to be achieved - instead of having a vague idea of what you want to accomplish. Furthermore, giving yourself an end date works towards boosting your motivation as you are more likely to keep hitting these checkpoints if you know when the final deadline is approaching. ⁠
