Bird Piché underwent emergency spinal surgery after a Trophy Eyes concert, and though she has yet to regain feeling in her hands and toes, doctors believe she will make a 'full recovery' after rehab.

Piché and family declined to comment on if they will file a civil action suit as her rehabilitation is their main priority.
