Something that’s helped me stay motivated in times of self doubt is gratitude. Every day I wake up I like to thank god for all the little details in my life I tend to overlook such as having an amazing job, being healthy, having both parents in my life etc.. instead of waking up and thinking “f*ck I have to go to work” think more like “thank you god for another day, in a world in where there are many countries and places in which people can’t work,  I have a job I get to go to” always remember that no matter how physically strong you may be , absolutely nothing will ever compare to the power of the mind🧠. Happy Monday , let’s get to work💪🏽!
