I can’t even begin to express the impact fitness has made in my life , during quarantine we all got super anxious and had many struggles , my way of dealing with all the stress from being trapped in the house was exercising, I started exercising almost everyday and in doing so i grew a love for fitness I never knew I had ! I decided to take it to the next level and not only help myself but to start helping others on their fitness journey!

In the middle of quarantine I signed up for the ACE PERSONAL TRAINER course and devoted myself to studying and learning the science behind exercise and how to build relationships with my clients , I am now helping lots of people start their fitness journey and guide them through every step of the way. Taking the risk of quitting everything to become who I wanted to be was the best decision I ever made and you should take that risk too!!
