## Caption

Lager chicken.

Slice a couple of onions and 4-5 pieces of bacon.  Cook in a pan together for a couple minutes then add in a splash of your favorite Lager. 

Cook until nice and brown (10-15 minutes). 

Remove from the pan and add in a few chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper.  Cook on both sides for 2 minutes or so. 

Add back the bacon and onions, add about 12-16oz of Lager and simmer for 30 minutes. 

Add rosemary and thyme.  Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
