What is your dream job? If you haven't found it yet, today is National #JobActionDay—created to empower people to go from daydreaming about their careers to achieving them. 

If you're a New York Tech grad or a current student, use this day to envision where you see yourself a year from now...and then strategize about how to make it happen. Here's how to get your #JobAction plan in motion:

🧠 Start with the end in mind. Whether it's graduating to obtaining another degree, think about where you want to see yourself a year from now. 

🤝 Make an internal assessment of your strengths, interests, and abilities. As a starting point, ask your trusted circle about your character traits, including your strengths and weaknesses.
