#OTD in 1990, after the island of  Luzon in the #Phillippines was struck by a 7.7 M earthquake, the 1723rd Special Tactics Squadron deployed to support relief operations. Special Tactics operators directed 294 sorties and coordinated the delivery of 370,000 lbs of food and medical supplies while treating injured patients. #ForeignPartnerships #FlashbackFriday #STHistory
