#OTD 11 years ago, Staff Sgt. Timothy Davis, a #SpecialTactics combat controller, died near Bagram, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when his vehicle encountered an IED.

Davis is remembered as the go-to teammate, for anything. As a young Airman, he was recognized as a “leader amongst leaders.” We will #NeverForget his name or his sacrifice. #FirstThere #TilVahalla
