✨Go BIG with your kindness ✨

While being kind costs you nothing, it is definitely not always easy. What I’ve learned is that the greatest impact you can have on someone is usually simple: it’s a gentle word, encouraging smile, a “you GOT this” from the crowd, even a quick check-in email that can lighten the load of life. 

Again, those things are truly simple but here’s where and why it can be *hard* to execute ➡️ When you’re the one who needs the gentle word and/or warm smile, it’s not always EASY to give it. To muster addition strength, to use more energy to search for the light in the darkness you feel - is tough…and I’ve been there, truly. 

What keeps me going is that *giving* the things we need (even if they don’t yield the exact same return) is the *actual* return I needed to remind of who I am in the hard times. It’s a reminder of the goodness, the humanity inside.
