Ending week 3 of my recovery, still can’t bend my leg but my exercises have been progressing! 💪🏽I’m down to one crutch when walking and I walked my first mile since my injury🤩 I’ve been watching a lot of the @euro2024 ⚽️ to motivate me to playing again! This has definitely been a recovery journey I’m still getting use to but all in good time⏳
