💥Some new reports are coming soon in the web app! Eccentric Utilization Ratio (EUR) and Dynamic Strength Index (DSI) — both can be used to help track changes in performance

These two calculations can be compared by using single data points, or clusters of data points from training periods (I.e. average values from GPP, strength blocks, power blocks, or pre-season) to easily see how training influences different strength qualities for each athlete
