## Caption

The men's and women's soccer finals are taking place this week in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Today we take a look back at how the sport has been played in our own state's history. This 1955 photo, captured by Paul S. Henderson, shows a group of student athletes practicing soccer at Morgan State College (now Morgan State University). 

We wish all Maryland athletes the best of luck in representing #TeamUSA in Tokyo this week.
