We are one week away from our third-annual Maryland Day of Giving fundraiser on March 25! Our goal this year is to raise $30,000 to preserve 100 historic flags and banners.

The flags in our collection — dating from the early 19th century to the early 20th century – include American flags with varying numbers of stars; flags carried in battle, including the War of 1812, the Mexican-American War, the Civil War, and both World Wars; commemorative flags; and flags representing local militias from towns across Maryland.
