A drill used to help get the feel for coming through the ball. The body control, and timing of the feet and hands need to be synced in order for this to work smoothly. I designate a colored cone for a type of motion, then mix it up later on so it motion doesn’t become repetitive in the same order. #PryorDevelopment #FootworkFriday
