3:41.72 — Another step forward at the #SunsetMeet. If I choose to focus on the positives, I felt significantly more like myself than the last couple races. My cadence was quicker and my form more natural. Unfortunately, I got squeezed off the line and immediately found myself in the back. Lots of energy was spent fighting for good position and I was unable to ever settle. However, I am truly appreciating every opportunity and my ego is somehow still intact. Was also great seeing lots of friends and fans last night!
