Closed off this morning’s 5 mile tempo with a 4:58. Another barrier down on the path from #couchtosub4 — That hashtag started as a joke when I was running 9 minute miles. But the truth is I am pretty damn healthy now and feeling good. The mindset of being on the comeback is helpful in the beginning, but I don’t need that crutch anymore. Watch don’t lie.
