And that's a season! 22 races this year which indicates I was pretty healthy. Came away with new personal bests at the mile, 3k and 5k but unfortunately think my fitness peaked a bit early. Learned a lot, won some races and lost more. Know the things I need to work on (maybe I'll share?) and after some downtime there are plans to get on 'em!
