## Caption

The doc said no running for a few days after getting my wisdom teeth out. After laying on the couch comatose a while, I finally healed up enough to move the legs a little. Thanks to Elliptigo_usa and jeffcaronrun we now have a couple of these bad boys at njnytc HQ. This was my first ever training ride and I don't know if I'm just in terrible shape or if it's just the best workout of all time. Probably some combination. #elliptigo PC: declancmurray
