*495x1* ⚪️Back in July of 2017 when I hit a 315 squat PR, I would have never thought I’d be capable of smashing a world record. The official squat WR is currently at 457.5lbs & what I just accomplished was 495lbs , “Unofficially.” This means I need to compete on the platform at nationals to make my 495lb squat official. I will be bringing the same intensity come meet day March 2019 & hopefully get an invite to nationals to make this world record official. This is also triple my body weight (148lbs) and a 180lb PR from July 2017. Can’t believe it. Also,  I Finally benched 300lbs (state record) which is a huge accomplishment for me as well. Double my body weight. My hips came up off the bench which is 3 red lights & definitely needs some work. Moving onto deadlift, I went to hit 500lbs & failed after an injured lower back during my 300Lb bench PR today.  It’s all good though. No rush, as we are in this for the long run. If I did go through with a 500lb deadlift I would have totaled 1295lbs from the BIG 3 for a WR as well.
