Week 3 post-op in 30sec!🌟🩼🫶🏽

Crazy it only been 3 weeks since my surgery, it feels like a#way longer but I’m progress a lot!🌟 I’ve been able to get down to 1 crutch and progressed to heavier bands for my exercises!💪🏽 This week contained a lot of exercises, walking, euro 2024⚽️, and I finished watching Bridgerton👑 and Black Clover🍀! I’m really excited to see where I’m at by the end of next week. See you in week 4!🤩🫶🏽
