This dynamic lithograph, "Epreuve de L'Artiste," was created by Joan Miró (1893–1983). Miró was an influential Catalan artist whose art conveyed a deep sense of Catalan pride. This beautiful piece was gifted to the McMullen Museum of Art by Ruth and Dr. Harry Kozol.
